The international student is granted Visa on several preconditions, such as good moral character; sound health; and no history of outstanding debts related to Commonwealth of Australia. The students and those accompanying them should have appropriate health insurance through the Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). An electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCoE) certificate is issued by education provider of student's native country, or his/her country of origin.
